OT Quick Screen - See the whole picture

Start your school year off right by using this OT quick screen to identify challenges your students may have. Sometimes it can be easy to overlook an underlying challenge if other issues are more obvious.

By screening your caseload you will be sure to take a more wholistic view of your students. Screens are not evaluations , this won't give you age norms or standardized information, but it will help you formalize your observations and zones in on skill areas that require the most attention. This will also help you identify which areas are necessary to perform a formal evaluation on to gain more insight.

Many of the activities can be observed through functional tasks (such as eating lunch) or through skilled observation throughout the day. The handwriting section uses the Handwriting Without Tears letter progression.
