Do you take insurane?

Yes, I accept Anthem and Aetna insurance. For those with other insurance providers, I can provide documentation for out-of-network coverage. Be sure to check with your insurance provider to confirm any prior-authorization requirements and to understand your occupational therapy coverage and what your co-pay for occupational therapy is.

What are your fees?

• Evaluations: $200

• Hour-long sessions: $160

• Payments can be made through SimplePractice using a credit card.

Do I need a referral to see you?

Yes, before our first session, you will need a prescription for occupational therapy evaluation and treatment from your doctor. Please have it faxed to me at 540-390-0014.

Does pelvic floor therapy include internal work?

• For children: Internal work is never performed.

• For adults: Internal work may be offered with your consent to help identify and isolate specific muscles that may be contributing to your symptoms. However, there are many effective tools and exercises that can be done without internal work.
